Chapter House Renovation

As House Treasurer, I led an $80,000 renovation of the chapter house while working a full-time summer job. I was responsible for budgeting the project, approving expenditures, coordinating with the Housing Corporation and subcontractors, and ensuring the work remained within budget.

Much of the work was completed by chapter members themselves. Members spent the summer moving furniture, preparing workspaces, painting, coordinating deliveries, and working alongside subcontractors to complete the project. The renovation represented a significant investment by the chapter and substantially improved the house for both current and future members.
