Spring Break
With rising temps and record heat in the West, there is nothing I'd rather be doing than road-tripping the West and skiing with my friends.
On a quest to continue skiing at Ikon Pass destinations, we packed into my friend’s built-out Tacoma to drive from Golden to Mammoth Lakes during a record March heat wave in the western U.S.
In typical fashion, we opted to camp outside for free instead of staying in a hotel or Airbnb, and we found the Owens River Valley to be the perfect place to stay.

After 3-4 days of corn skiing and outdoor creek showers, we drove through SLC to Little Cottonwood Canyon to get some more skiing in at Alta and Snowbird.
Let’s just say we had an absolute bomber time in LCC…
